Obituary
Walter Pop Clements, 83, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. He is survived by his beloved wife, Edith Clements; daughters, Faye Richardson and Diane Garcia; sons, Charlie Clements (Pam), Skip Clements (Michelle); brothers, Jimmy Clements (Deanie), Charles Clements (Gayle); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillian and Wilburne Clements; son, Lewis Clements; brothers, Clem and Cabell Clements. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2014, at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2014, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Fellowship Baptist Church Building Fund, 2154 Coxendale Rd., Chester, VA 23836.
